Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@whatevermakesuhappy.com

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Return Process
