Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Due to current tariff regulations, we are unable to ship to the United States at this time.
If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination during checkout, please contact us at hello@whatevermakesuhappy.com. We'll always do our best to find a solution or let you know if shipping can be arranged.
Processing Times
We're a small team and carefully pack every order ourselves.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 business days. During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
As a general guide, most international orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order is placed, while domestic deliveries may arrive sooner.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather events, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation, as carriers may take some time to update their systems.
Some destinations or shipping methods may not include tracking. If tracking is unavailable, this will be reflected in the shipping option selected at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure whether additional charges may apply before placing your order.

How can I check the status of my order?
1. Check Your Email
- Most stores send a confirmation email when your order is placed.
- They often follow up with a shipping or tracking email once your order is on its way.
- Look for a tracking number or a link to check the order status online.
2. Log In to Your Account
- If you created an account on the store’s website, log in and go to “My Orders” or “Order History”.
- You should see the current status (e.g., “Processing,” “Shipped,” “Delivered”) and sometimes the estimated delivery date.
3. Use the Tracking Number
- Once your order has shipped, you can usually track it via the carrier’s website (like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).
- Enter the tracking number to see real-time updates on location and expected delivery.
4. Contact Customer Service
- If you can’t find information online or via email, reach out to the store’s customer service.
- Provide your order number and email to get updates on your order.
What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially during busy seasons. If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 days, feel free to contact our support team—we’ll help you check the progress of your package and ensure it’s on the way to you.
Returns
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, include photographs of the damaged product, the packaging, and your order number. This helps us assess the issue quickly and arrange an appropriate solution.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay applicable customs charges, we can arrange reshipment once the parcel has been received back.
Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Refunds & Exchanges
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@whatevermakesuhappy.com.
Please include your order number along with photographs of the item and its packaging where possible. We'll assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where required under applicable consumer laws.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Account Info
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, save your shipping details, and access Store Credit or rewards more easily.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, email, password, or saved addresses by logging into your account dashboard.
All changes are saved immediately and used for your future orders.
